The Eight-Sectioned Brocade class has moved to a new venue with a new schedule and format. It will meet on Sunday, Nov 21 from 3:30 to 7:30 pm in the auditorium of the Wilmette Public Library at 1242 Wilmette Ave, Wilmette. The library is right across the street from the Inner Gate office. The auditorium is a beautiful room with 80 seats and a stage area.

Named for its simplicity, elegance, and efficacy, the Eight-Sectioned Brocade is a series of qigong movements that is complete in itself for promoting the health of body, mind, and spirit. We will first get familiar with a basic form and then advance to a fluid rendition. This gentle practice is suitable for all abilities.
