Xiu Zhen Tu, or Cultivating True Elixir Diagram, describes in detail the internal organs central to the practice of Internal Elixir Cultivation, and relates it to circadian rhythms and the oracular images of I Ching trigrams. It is an integration of human life with space and time. We will use it as our guide in our continuing Nei Dan practice.
