Qigong Classes at Inner Gate

I created this logo for Inner Gate Qigong based on a 2.000 year old diagram depicting 44 Qigong movements unearthed at Mawangdui, China.

Many of you expressed interest in practicing Qigong with me so I am planning a class to start in June. Class will meet Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 pm at the Inner Gate office in Wilmette. Please contact me for details.

About the picture: I dusted off my Adobe Illustrator skills and created the graphic based on an early Han dynasty diagram unearthed at Mawangdui which depicts 44 Qigong movements. The figure I used is the 4th from the left on the top row. I will have Best Imaging Solutions make postcards from it.
