"I had a huge bowel movement"

Thank you for bringing out some more of your very special healing techniques today. I had a huge bowel movement when I got home. That was enough to make me feel a lot better. It was easier to use the leg walking up the stairs as there was so much less pain that I could access muscles. I have the desire to do a few things. I am not heavy into not caring and wanting it all to be over. There is hope and a vision for being happy, joyous, and free. Thank you for your ability to give so much goodness and take so much of the darkness away.
