Qigong Classes at Inner Gate

About the picture: I dusted off my Adobe Illustrator skills and created the graphic based on an early Han dynasty diagram unearthed at Mawangdui which depicts 44 Qigong movements. The figure I used is the 4th from the left on the top row. I will have Best Imaging Solutions make postcards from it.
